Never once did he use any "third-party software," nor was his activity level even close to someone who WOULD be using it. We all had a million questions when we first started because there's just so much to do and so little in-game explanation for it.
I sat with him in the same room all 10 times he got on to play the game before the ban happened, because I knew he would have questions.

GMs refused to overturn it or tell him what software he was supposedly using. He got permanently banned for third-party software use. He just wanted to take the game at his own pace, to actually do all the quests (as convoluted as they were back then), and learn it slowly.

Banning people in your game for things they say outside of it is a godamn joke. You will be permabanned for all the above with no warning. Visible breast/genitalia modifications (including both sexes), clothing/removal mods, or NSFW content of all classes, regardless of lore age or age of appearance. Bikini/underwear or revealing content of any class that lore-wise or appears underage, even if they are purchased in-game.
